Driving

Interstate 95

From the north: Connect to I-91 North in New Haven; take Exit 3 (Trumball Street) and follow directions below for I-91.

From the south: Connect to I-91 North in New Haven (left exit); take Exit 3 (Trumball Street) and follow directions below for I-91.

Interstate 91

From the north or south: Take Exit 3 (Trumball Street). Stay in the middle lane and continue straight onto Trumball Street to third traffic light. Turn left onto Temple Street. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Grove Street. Continue 1 block and make a right onto Hillhouse Avenue. Mason Lab (9 Hillhouse Ave.) is the fourth building on the right. Parking

Limited metered street parking is available on Hillhouse Ave. and nearby Grove and Trumball Streets. I recommend parking in a nearby garage. Directions to the parking garage are as follows:

Take I-91 South to Exit 3 (Trumball Street). At the bottom of the ramp trun left onto Orange Street. At your first light, turn right onto Grove Street. Shortly after the turn, the Grove Street Parking Garage will be on your right. After parking walk two blocks further on Grove Street and make a right onto Hillhouse Avenue. Mason Lab is the fourth building on the right. The daily parking fee is around $20.

Trains
Amtrak and Metro North have multiple daily stops at Union Station in downtown New Haven from Boston (Amtrak) and New York (Amtrak and Metro North). Hail a cab for the short ride to Mason Lab (fare $10).
